6.1 Bulk SMS: You will receive marketing messages from time to time SMS containing a link to the KCSPredict site.

6.2 Accessing Games: Upon visiting the site, you will have access to a list of available games.

6.3 Placing a Bet: To participate, follow these steps:

• Predict: Click on the game you wish to make a prediction on, you may select more than one game at a time up to the 60th minute once a game starts. After minute 60 of each game, predictions will not be allowed.
• Add Minute: Select the time (minute) of the event or prediction. This means the minute in the game you think any team will score a goal, a number (minute) between 1 and 90.
• Commit: Confirm your prediction.
• Pay: A KES 20 fee is charged per prediction via mobile money.

6.4 Win Notification: If your prediction is correct, you will receive a notification via SMS with details of your prize and how to claim it.

6.5 Play Again: A customer can make multiple predictions via the link provided in the notification with a limit to ten (10) times per game, before the 60th minute of the game.

6.6 Opt-in and Opt-out Options:

• Opt-in: By checking a box on the KCSPredict site, you agree to receive further communications.
• Opt-out: To stop receiving messages, send "STOPKCS" to 22110 via SMS. .

6.7 Betting Limits: You may predict up to 10 times per game, with no limit on the number of games you can predict on each day. However, these limits are subject to change by KCSPredict.

6.8 Taxes on Winnings: All winnings are subject to the applicable government taxes, which will be calculated based on the current betting tax rates in Kenya.

7.1 Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered valid only when it is accepted and confirmed by KCSPredict.

7.2 Bet Cancellation: KCSPredict reserves the right to cancel any bet if it is found to be placed in violation of these T&Cs or due to technical errors.
